Sync Outlook, Lotus Notes and Google Calendar

Hello,

I'm new here, and hope someone here can help!!

I'd like to sync my Lotus Notes (8.2) calendar (from work) with my Google calendar, and my Outlook 2010 calendar.

Is this possible? Thank you for any help - I am really struggling with this problem!
