Can I use Magic Jack with a tablet?
The Magic Jack requires a standard USB port. I travel out of the country and would like to buy a tablet that would allow me to plug in the Magic Jack so I can make calls to and receive calls from the U.S. Is there a reasonably priced tablet that has a standard USB port and the power necessary for the Magic Jack?

thanks

RE: Can I use Magic Jack with a tablet?
It would have to be a windows based tablet. So is around 800 or 900 bucks or more is reasonable then maybe. Windows Based tablets will not have the battery life of an Android tablet or Ipad.

Probably better off getting a MagicJACK Plus, which doesn't require a computer at all.

I'm afraid that will not happen. It needs to run on a PC. If you want on a tablet, you need to use Skype or a similar program.

Use Skype instead to place/receive calls from the US.
